Engineering Manager - Custody

BitGo is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Custody organization to help us build resilient, robust services that enable customers to securely store and access their cryptocurrency while meeting compliance requirements around the world.

Skills

Strong debugging skills
Experience in sourcing and hiring engineering talent
Effective communication skills
Understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-impact engineers
Take direct responsibility for the timely delivery and quality of your team’s work
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and prioritize your team’s roadmap
Build platforms that enable secure crypto applications
Own and drive KPIs for development processes and customer value

Education

Engineering degree in Computer Science or similar
