Responsibilities

• Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments.
• Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
• Manage the end-to-end visa application process with immigration attorneys.
• Assists employees regarding benefits questions.
• Assists with new hire orientations.
• Coordinates with Leave of Absence Third-Party Administrator.
• Assists with ACA annual reporting.
• Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
• Supports People Operations team with data audits and inquiries.
• Assists with employment verification letters.
