As a Product Manager (Banking), you will join our Product Team to work closely with other departments and our users to build products our customers love, yet work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable. We work as a collaborative and dynamic team responsible for discovering, designing and developing new products and features that keep our business sustainable and our users happy.

What you'll do
- Responsible for the lifecycle of the product.
- Responsible for product strategy.
- Closely working with UX and CX teams.
- Working closely with engineering team on all stages of product delivery process.
- Responsible for maintaining, managing and prioritizing product backlog.
- Analyzing and keeping track of competition.
- Identifying new potential partners.
- Writing and maintaining business requirements, product futures, and functional specifications.
- Executing interviews with end users, exploring and analyzing costumer needs and demands.
- Delivering presentations of the product for existing/new potential customers and end users.
- Driving decisions using data and analytics and developing products in partnership with external platforms and supporting due diligence processes.
- Working closely with legal, compliance, risk and security teams.
On day one you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience of product management within a fintech or a bank.
- Understanding of software development process, methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of Agile processes.
- Knowledge of product management.
- Vendor management skills.
- Sales, technical pre-sales, or implementation experience.
- Proficiency in UX principles, familiarity with design best practices, and a track record of creating exceptional user experiences.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Responsible, goal oriented, self-initiative, precision, good communication skills, non-conflict, independence, teamwork experience.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
