Summary
Business Operations is a new department at Rokt tasked with ensuring all barriers to hyper-growth are proactively identified and removed.
Through a shared services model, Business Operations Managers execute a wide range of special projects covering areas such as IPO readiness, operational efficiency, organizational design and post merger integration. Working closely with experts in finance, HR, systems and legal, to take strategic and tactical initiatives from ideas through to policy, process and proposal through to implementation
Outcomes & Responsibilities
- Execute a wide range of special projects covering areas such as IPO readiness, operational efficiency, organizational design and post merger integration.
- Work closely with experts in finance, HR, systems and legal to to take strategic and tactical initiatives from ideas through to policy, process and proposal through to implementation
- Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement through data analysis and data driven decision making to remove barriers to growth.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and clear reporting of key metrics across the company
- Analytics: Ensure accurate and clear reporting.
- Team Building: help grow the BizOps department by attracting and recruiting outstanding talent.
- Player Coach: onboard and mentor other team members and help junior members them grow professionally.
Capabilities & Requirements
- 10+ years work experience with at least 6+ of business operations, transformation, chief of staff, management consulting or strategy roles, preferably within high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
- Top tier MBA preferred
- Experience driving and implementing change management at an organizational level
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Structured critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to deliver projects under pressure, organize people and pull in key decision makers to prioritize issues and engage with senior management
- Intellectually curious with the ability to take initiative and deliver results in a matrixed organization
- Results-oriented and able to “roll-up the sleeves” to accomplish necessary tasks
- Self-motivated with tenacity to handle multiple competing priorities
- Low ego team player: able to work well with other personalities

Compensation: $150,000 - $230,000/ year
