Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR) - St. Louis, MO

BizzyCar is looking for motivated Business Development Representatives to join our Revenue team. In this role, you will focus on driving top-of-funnel activities to grow our customer base and enhance the efficiency of our go-to-market teams. As a key player in identifying and developing new business opportunities, you'll research, qualify, and nurture relationships with potential clients.

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging prospective customers via phone, email, and text. You'll collaborate with Account Executives to close deals, contributing to the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Research: Identify and research target accounts to develop customized outreach strategies.
  • Target Outreach: Proactively engage with potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to build relationships.
  • CRM & Automation: Leverage CRM tools and automations to enhance your outreach efforts and manage pipeline activity.
  • Lead Conversion: Present BizzyCar’s solutions to prospects, identify client needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings between clients and Account Executives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, joining demos and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and handoff.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with BizzyCar’s products, new features, and market trends. Share feedback and ideas for process improvements with management.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone and written presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage customer relationships and outreach.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Must reside within 30 miles of Clayton, MO.
