YOUR MISSION:

• Production Issue Responder: Provide prompt support for production issues, ensuring timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist teams in Finance, Marketing, and HR by addressing application-related queries and technical challenges.

• Data Extraction Expert: Perform data extractions to support reporting and analysis needs.
