Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled TikTok Content Creator to join our team. As a TikTok Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing engaging and entertaining short-form video content for Bjak's TikTok account. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through innovative and captivating video content.

Responsibilities:

• Generate original and creative ideas for TikTok videos that align with our brand and target audience.
• Produce high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging short-form video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that supports marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community on the platform.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to drive increased reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a TikTok Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, trends, and best practices.
• Proficient in video editing software and mobile video creation tools.
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
