Global Head of CRM
Blacklane is seeking a Global Head of CRM to enhance their retention metrics and drive CRM strategy across over 50 markets worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer CRM communications
- Lead a team of lifecycle and campaign managers
- Establish dashboards and measurement frameworks
- Implement audience feedback mechanisms
- Set growth forecasts and achieve targets
- Communicate team performance and advocate for changes
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
- Manage technical partner relationships
- Stay updated with CRM trends and implement innovations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
