Senior Audit Manager

Blackman & Sloop is seeking a Senior Audit Manager with extensive experience in public accounting to work with a variety of clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong project management abilities, and a focus on client service.

Skills

CPA certification
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP guidelines
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally

Responsibilities

Effectively plan and execute assurance engagements
Identify business process risks and develop recommendations based on audits
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff on client engagements
Organize and monitor progress of client engagement in relation to budgets and due dates
Manage day-to-day client relationships
Function as communication channel between senior management, clients, and staff

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
