The Creative Director will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing the creative direction and execution of all marketing and branding efforts. In this role, you’ll oversee the development and execution of creative strategies across all marketing and branding initiatives, spanning digital, events, campaigns, branding, and video. The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on executor with a strong background in creative strategy, design, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a small creative team to develop innovative and effective creative solutions
Oversee the creative direction and execution of all marketing and branding efforts, including digital, events, campaigns, brand, and video
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging remains cohesive, consistent, and aligned with overall business goals.
Develop, refine, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms and channels.
Provide hands-on support in the creation of digital assets, event materials, campaign visuals, and video content
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative processes and outputs
Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Proven experience leading and managing high-performing creative teams.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, events, campaigns, brand development, and video production.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey creative concepts and ideas.
Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Unbounce, and WordPress.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
