As Blackpoint Cyber continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us scale across all areas of the business! This is a 100% remote, 3-month contract position.
What You'll Do:
Manage full life-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of departments primarily on the G&A side, but tech recruitment experience is a plus!
Ownership of all scheduling and candidate communication from initial outreach through onboarding.
Developing a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming roles by utilizing a combination of sourcing, referrals, in-bound applicants, and networking.
Build strong relationships with hiring teams to create effective recruitment strategies, interview processes, and assessment approach with an ability to set and manage expectations.
Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to define, develop, and implement new strategies and techniques to maintain a consistent white glove experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proactively communicate and flag potential issues that affect recruiting (i.e., unusual number of candidates declining positions due to salary, hours, schedules).
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and experience.
What You'll Bring
5 - 7 years of experience in GTM or G&A recruitment, ideally in a start-up environment.
Passion for working with people and a genuine interest in helping them.
Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever - we use Ashby!
A consultancy approach to independently assess and manage priorities while making recommendations and reprioritizing as needed.
Well-versed in LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing channels.
Strong organization and time management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook are our most-used tools).
An approachable professionalism with excellent judgment in communicating with diverse levels of staff.
Knowledgeable about current labor laws to ensure compliance during recruitment process.
A strong work ethic and flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
