Associate, Product Strategy, Long Term Private Capital

We are looking for an Associate, Product Strategy, Long Term Private Capital at BlackRock who is passionate about helping to build our business in this area. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical thinker who is able to build relationships across teams and departments.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Experience... in private equity, venture capital, or other long-term capital markets is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a strong working knowledge of financial analysis, investment and capital markets, asset allocation, and product strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product strategy for BlackRock's Long Term Private Capital business. Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the Long Term Private Capital business. Analyze and assess the investments and investments strategies of the Long Term Private Capital business. Develop and implement asset allocation strategies for the Long Term Private Capital business. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners across different teams and departments. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new investments and opportunities. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents that support the Long Term Private Capital business. Monitor the financial markets and trends to ensure the Long Term Private Capital business is well informed. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the Long Term Private Capital business.
