IT Support Specialist
BlackSky is a real-time intelligence company looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide support at their Tukwila, Washington location.
Skills
- IT support experience
- Troubleshooting skills
- Remote management tools
- Scripting knowledge
- Cloud technologies experience
Responsibilities
- Provides day to day support for Windows 10, Mac, and Linux users.
- Active Directory account creation and account management.
- Supports desktop and laptop imaging.
- Supports remote Cisco AnyConnect VPN users.
- Supports various cloud technologies.
- Asset management, equipment ordering, and order tracking.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
