As a Program Delivery Manager, you'll partner with senior leadership to lead our most complex and strategically important initiatives.We're looking for leaders with world-class execution capability and high levels of resilience. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to quickly learn new environments, build strong relationships, develop execution methodology from the ground up, tackle problems at the highest levels, collaborate across all levels of the organization and confidently navigate our teams through major change• Lead the process with sponsors and SMEs to align on goals, objectives and success measures• Architect the overall operating model of the program & key milestones• Establish and lead appropriate working rhythms and processes to coordinate and execute• Build trust through strong relationships, across teams and different levels of the organization• Work end to end to execute via parties across multiple disciplines including design, product, analytics, engineering, customer operations, counsel/compliance and finance• Partner directly, and where necessary lead, strategic partners to deliver in tandem• Influence across organizations to deliver cross-company initiatives at speed• Lead, plan, execute, control, and report on complex implementation efforts• Maintain detailed plans to track the program and synthesize them to advise executive leadership• Establish and lead executive governance processes• Capacity plan across the program to ensure resources are available to meet objectives• Shape and deliver the communications & change management strategy• Lead and mentor product and program teams across the organizationQualifications• of program management, consulting, or equivalent experience in software development organizations, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.• You should have specific experience in the cards or payments ecosystem.• Experience managing relationships with partners and vendors is required.• You must have experience working directly with customers and partners.• A passion for leading high-profile, complex programs in a dynamic environment is essential.• Your ability to manage stakeholders at all levels is crucial and just as important as your project management skills.• A deep understanding of product delivery, including Agile methodologies, with examples of direct product partnerships, is necessary.• You must possess strong commercial insight.• Experience working with and presenting to Executives is required.• Strong resilience and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities are essential.• A deep commitment to delivering positive outcomes for customers and a passion for shaping the future of Cash App is a must.Qualifications• of program management, consulting, or equivalent experience in software development organizations, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.• You should have specific experience in the cards or payments ecosystem.• Experience managing relationships with partners and vendors is required.• You must have experience working directly with customers and partners.• A passion for leading high-profile, complex programs in a dynamic environment is essential.• Your ability to manage stakeholders at all levels is crucial and just as important as your project management skills.• A deep understanding of product delivery, including Agile methodologies, with examples of direct product partnerships, is necessary.• You must possess strong commercial insight.• Experience working with and presenting to Executives is required.• Strong resilience and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities are essential.• A deep commitment to delivering positive outcomes for customers and a passion for shaping the future of Cash App is a must.
