Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with Nigeria VASP regulations
Prepare and present MLRO reports
Ensure compliance with local AML/CFT and KYC laws
Design and implement AML/CFT policies
Provide AML/CFT compliance advice
Participate in new product development for AML/CFT implications
Conduct regular risk assessments
Oversee transaction monitoring systems
Ensure staff training on AML/CFT obligations
Act as liaison with regulatory bodies
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law or Criminal Justice
