Bloomreach is seeking a Sales Development Operations professional to drive efficiency through data, insight and creativity. This role will help optimize the Sales Development team towards success.

Responsibilities

  • Work with large data sets
  • Focus on Lead < MQL < Opportunity conversion metrics
  • Ensure contact data is always up to date
  • Partner with SDR/ Marketing team
  • Reveal intent signals for SDR success
  • Support account integrity programs in Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with SDR Management and team leaders
  • Leverage revenue technology to support productivity
  • Identify and share best practices

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
