Bloomreach is seeking a Sales Development Operations professional to drive efficiency through data, insight and creativity. This role will help optimize the Sales Development team towards success.

Work with large data sets
Focus on Lead < MQL < Opportunity conversion metrics
Ensure contact data is always up to date
Partner with SDR/ Marketing team
Reveal intent signals for SDR success
Support account integrity programs in Salesforce.com
Collaborate with SDR Management and team leaders
Leverage revenue technology to support productivity
Identify and share best practices

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent
