As a Senior DEI Business Partner, you'll directly impact space exploration history, ensuring safe and repeatable space flight. Working together we will refine and support Blue Origin's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. This role reports to the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and collaborates with other members of the HR team.The Senior DEI Business Partner will be a results-oriented and resourceful leader capable of quickly taking control of their responsibilities and establishing themselves as a credible strategic partner. This individual will demonstrate advanced skills in program and project management, data and situational analysis, cross-team coordination, and excellent oral and written communications. This role supports Blue Origin's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy by building strong relationships with senior business leaders and developing tailored strategies and solutions to meet the organization's DEI objectives.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.Passion for our mission is required!Relocation provided.Responsibilities:• Understand and emphasize DEI as a strategic business priority.• Translate DEI strategy into actionable, aligned initiatives.• Measure and analyze DEI metrics, recommending improvements.• Act as a DEI subject matter expert for strategic and tactical success.• Coach managers in fostering inclusive, equitable, and diverse environments.• Develop regional DEI strategies tailored to cultural needs.• Integrate DEI best practices and benchmarks into initiatives.• Engage and influence leaders using facilitation and negotiation skills.• Lead HR teams to integrate and operationalize DEI strategies.• Collaborate with HRBPs to align DEI with broader HR objectives.• Oversee scalable DEI programs and projects.• Prioritize with focus on processes and details.• Deliver innovative programs with measurable outcomes.• Provide data-driven support to enhance DEI efforts.• Motivate senior leaders and stakeholders toward DEI goals.• Remove barriers to success through effective collaboration.• Participate in high-level decision-making with strategic input.• Use data to inform DEI strategy and organizational impact.• Handle complex, confidential issues in line with organizational values.• Communicate clearly to engage teams and management.• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and constructive confrontation.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or 10+ years specifically in DEI.• Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging teams, peers, and leaders.• Strong analytical skills to convert metrics and trends into actionable improvements.• Demonstrated success quickly assuming responsibilities and establishing strategic credibility.• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications:• Advanced degree or certifications in HR, DEI, Data Science, or related fields.• Experience in global program management or as an HR generalist, with insight into front-line work environments.• Proven leadership in project management and innovative program development.• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across complex environments.• Ability to inspire and optimize senior leadership and stakeholders.and peer groups• Advanced interpersonal skills with a clear understanding of how personal diversity impacts the DEI role.Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.Inclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
