Talent Acquisition Executive, US
Blueground is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive, US to join their team and help attract and develop top talent across US cities.
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on multi-state high-volume hiring
- Experience in partnering with external recruitment agencies
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with management, candidates, and external partners
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for roles in the Ops teams across US cities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, community outreach, and referral programs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
