As a Business Recruiter, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across various business functions. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, collaborating closely with leadership, crafting compelling job descriptions, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting strategies for a wide range of business roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify improvement opportunities


Qualification and Experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build , relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred) and other recruiting tools/software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.


$80,000 - $110,000 a year
