Responsibilities

Execute the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with our product vision and goals
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs
Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes for user testing and feedback
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine features and improve the overall user experience
Design visually appealing, on-brand graphics and interfaces optimized for Telegram’s unique platform constraints
Maintain a consistent design language across the app and ensure brand alignment across all visual assets
Contribute to the design culture at Blum, bringing insights, new tools, and best practices to the team

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within web3/crypto industry
Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
Experience with interactive prototyping and wireframing tools
Solid understanding of UX principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and functional interfaces
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
