Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 3) to support the 737 Delivery Operations BPS team in Seattle and Renton, Washington.The position is for the 737 Delivery Operations- Boeing Production System (BPS) Team supporting delivery centers in Seattle, Moses Lake, Renton Preflight, and Decorative Paint. This pivotal role will be based out of Seattle or Renton, Washington, and will focus on enhancing our Delivery Centers’ performance across Seattle, Moses Lake, Renton Preflight, and Decorative Paint. As a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will develop and implement strategic plans to drive culture improvement, ensure compliance, and enhance employee engagement and involvement.Position Responsibilities:• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.• Analyzes and interprets data.• Provides feedback on assessment results.• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.• Works under general direction.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.• 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace.• 3+ years of experience in operations analysis or operations research.• 1+ years of experience leading improvement projects using continuous improvement methodologies.• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.• Willingness and ability to work overtime if needed.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.• Experience with project management and self- managing projects.• Ability to work a variable shift as needed for business.Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
