Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Lab Operations Coordinator (Level 3) to join the Flight Simulation Labs group located in Berkley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.This position is part of the Flight Simulation Labs Operations team. The applicant will be working in a fast pace environment supporting Flight Simulation, supporting security, property management, safety compliance, equipment calibration management, shipping /receiving of test articles, and government compliance.Position Responsibilities:• Provide support and facilitate various lab and facilities infrastructure support organizations in maintaining Lab.• Facilitate across a broad widely diverse team including Engineering, program leadership, site facilities, program security.• Support Lab operations engineering in developing and maintaining the lab standard operations procedures and supporting documentation.• Coordinate test laboratory activities, maintenance and repairs.• Coordinate/Collaborate with Internal and External Suppliers and Customers• Coordinate and manage changes, conducting assessments of compliance as needed.• Develop, maintain, and distribute security documents, reports, and correspondence.• Ensure lab practices and processes align with compliance requirements and industry standards.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):• 4 + years of experience in program or project management• 4 + years of experience working in military logistics and/or working contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense• 4 + years of experience working in a laboratory test environment• Experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organizationPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• Experience with work flow scheduling and resource allocation• Experience supporting flight simulation labs, including managing security, property management, safety compliance, equipment calibration, and shipping/receiving of test equipment.• Proficiency in maintaining physical security measures and conducting regular safety audits.• Expertise in developing and implementing training and procedural guides.• Strong skills in managing documentation processes and performing regular compliance audits.• Proven ability to coordinate with engineering, facilities, and contractors to fulfill lab requests.• Experience leading 5S events to improve efficiency and organization within lab spaces.• Experience in handling logistics and procurement.• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of effective teamwork and leadership.• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated in high-stakes environments.Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
