The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Production Engineering Team is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Technology Analyst to join our T-7A Production Engineering Team. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices

  • Leads activities for improvements to engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration and software applications

  • Approves supporting processes and related documentation

  • Leads consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production

  • Develops advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production

  • Leads technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan

  • Communicates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements. Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Education (e.g. Bachelor) and 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience or14 years' related work experience)

  • Experience in Boeing advanced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • LSCC experience

  • Knowledge and experience in the following systems: MESci, IPDM Teamcenter, NX & SAT

Summary pay range: $97,750 - $132,250
