The Boeing CompanyBoeing is looking for a Lead UX Researcher Level 4 or Level 5 to define and raise the bar for UX Research standards across Boeing’s software portfolio located in Englewood CO. You will be responsible for customer research that impacts our end-to-end mission lifecycle, from supply chain and scheduled maintenance to maintenance operations. You will partner with executives and product leaders to create effective and satisfying customer experiences for our next generation product suite. You'll form a community of research practice across our design team and help elevate their quality and output.
To succeed in this role, you must be an innovative self-starter, a strategic big-picture thinker, and a dedicated collaborator. UX Researchers serve to help discover, define, and visualize problems to solve, as well as working with partners to guide discovery and deliver solutions. We are looking for someone that applies their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe flight and aircraft maintenance. This role will report to the head of product design and be part of a global team of experience and design professionals.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to work 3 days a week onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Summary pay range Level 4: $127,500.00-$172,500.00
