Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking an PAC-3 Development Supplier Program Management Specialist located in Huntsville, AL. This position supports the PAC-3 Seeker Block V program to ensure effective and efficient producibility internally and externally amongst our suppliers. This position will support the development of the latest product being released from the Integrated Air Missile Defense portfolio. Working with a cross functional team of engineers to join business needs with program requirements.Position Responsibilities: (Example bullets listed below but these are up to you)• Gather and define system level requirements for Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C) systems• Perform design & analysis of Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) systems, simulations, models & tools• Support design reviews, analyses, simulations and component / system testing to ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations• Support troubleshooting of delivered product operational / service anomalies and incidents• Participate in new business development efforts• Work under general supervisionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This worksite participates in Boeing’s 4/10 schedule. 4/10 is a schedule in which employees work 10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday with every Friday off.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of Commerce and Business Administration• Experience working in production systems in support of the Supplier Management role such as COMPASSPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• Highly preferred: Current active Secret U.S. Security Clearance• Experience or coursework working with aircraft, missile, spacecraft, autonomous platform or similar vehicle Guidance Navigation or Control systemsTypical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
