Boeing’s Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team to support our Finance Shared Services (FSS) Financial Analysis Center of Expertise.
This Senior HRBP role is an integral role that serves as a thought partner to the Financial Analysis leadership team partnering with business leaders to help guide the organizations’ day- to-day and strategic workforce actions and decisions to meet the organization’s objectives. The successful candidate is also responsible for partnering with managers and teammates across Finance and our larger HR community in solving organizational challenges and driving results through effective data-driven strategies, consultation, and cultural stewardship.
This position allows the candidate to be based out of one of the following: Hazelwood, MO; Arlington, VA; Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Plano, TX; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA, or Seattle, WA.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Experience developing winning staffing strategies and action plans
• Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends
• Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
• Experience creating and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders
• Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise, and business acumen
• Strong project management skills
• High degree of Emotional Intelligence
Position Responsibilities:
• Partners closely with Financial Analysis leadership to create Talent Strategies that support Business Strategies
• Partners closely with Financial Analysis Leadership Team (FA LT) and other key stakeholders to develop a deep, diverse talent pipeline of current and future leaders
• Develops and deploys integrated Human Resources services, processes and data analytics that drive business results, including:
• Talent acquisition – staffing strategies and action plans
• Engagement, development, and retention initiatives
• Performance management and compensation
• Succession Planning and pipeline development
• Consultation on a range of HR-related deliverables
• Champion a culture of diversity and inclusion
• Consults, coaches, and guides executive leaders, managers and teammates on HR related matters including behaviors and techniques that help achieve leadership excellence and organizational and individual performance outcomes
• Enables informed, data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics, trends, and consultation
• Establishes strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise, and business acumen
• Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understands effectiveness of support provided
• Displays accountability for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influences process improvement by working with others
• Contributes to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
• Mentors new HRBPs and supports continuing evolution of HR function towards HR Excellence
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
• 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
• 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
• 3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience developing key business knowledge to recommend solutions
• 3+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans
• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Generalist role
• Human Resources certification
• Experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
Typical Education/Experience:
Senior (Level 4)
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Senior (Level 5)
Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Level 4: $96,050 – $150,650
Summary pay range for Level 5: $119,000 - $186,300
