This exciting opportunity is based in Berkeley, Missouri, within our dynamic team at the Skills Enhancement Center!Position Responsibilities:• Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data.• Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.• Works under minimal direction.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Shift Work:This position is for 1st shift.This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
