Find your future with us.User Interface (UI)/ User Experience (UX) DeveloperWhy This is an Exciting Role:As a UI/UX Designer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the capabilities of critical software applications used in national security missions. We have provided our customers with the tools needed to counter evolve global and cyber threats, and to improve wartime decision-making.• Our talented employees bring software development, systems engineering, and advanced analytics expertise.• We offer numerous prime contract opportunities with customers headquartered in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as subcontract opportunities that align with our areas of focus and additional opportunities nationwide through our parent company.• We have current open positions on awarded programs across diverse customer sets and are anticipating upcoming contract awards with a 5-year life cycle and an additional 5 option years.• Our diverse portfolio allows our employees to move to other projects and teams as they gain further proficiency in their current skill set and learn new skill sets along the way.• We offer hands-on access to cutting-edge technologies and a culture of technical excellence.Experience and Qualifications:To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:Required Education and Years of Experience:· Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of relevant work experience, or 12 years and a Master’s degree.Required Qualifications:• TS/SCI with Poly clearance• Proficiency in user research, designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes• Knowledge in design principles and concepts to understand and interpret customer’s needs• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch• Ability to identify UI/UX gaps and propose effective solutions.• Knowledge in front end design, HTML and CSS• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in agile teams• Experience in creating and maintain design systemsDesired Qualifications:• UX certifications (e.g. Nielsen Norman Group) or relevant industry certifications• Experience working on DoD or secured projects is highly preferred• Experience with project/knowledge management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar• Knowledge in design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices• Facilitation of ideation workshops to gather/collect requirements• Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and developers• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailTelework/Remote Availability: Hybrid model approvedWork Location: National Capital RegionSummary Pay Range:Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only.
