This greater purpose connects us with like-minded professionals, fosters meaningful relationships, and generates the alignment necessary to produce an unrivaled consulting and employment experience.Bohler is looking for an IT Support Technician who embodies this purpose to service the IT needs of our internal employees.What You'll Do:As an IT Support Technician at Bohler, you will:• Diagnose and correct technical hardware and software issues• Log help desk interactions via ticketing system• Direct support of Windows 10/11 operating systems• Direct support for software suites. Interface with and educate employees for software suites including but not limited toMicrosoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Bluebeam, Newforma, Autodesk/CAD• Triage and escalate incidents, as necessary• Image, re-image, and configure employee workstations• Support Mobile Devices (Apple, Android, Surface, etc.) and VOIP phone system• Maintain hardware and software inventory in company Configuration Management Database (CMDB)• Support network printers/copiers/plotters• Create and maintain internal and external facing how-to documentation• Participate on, and perform tasks for, Escalation Teams related to critical Bohler IT components (e.g., mobile phones,Newforma, Exchange email, RingCentral phone systems, etc.), as required• Performs other duties as assigned• Complies with all policies and standardsWhat We Offer:• A supportive and flexible work environment that empowers employees to stay healthy, fulfill their passions, and balance work and life goals• The opportunity to take ownership of your career with an unsurpassed focus on career development, ongoing training, and mentorship• A Learning & Development department that facilitates ongoing soft and technical skills training• Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management• Team building activities/events and a collaborative work environmentWhat You'll Need:• Associates Degree in MIS, Information Technology, and/or equivalent experience• 1+ years of experience supporting Help Desk functions in a fast-paced environment• IT certifications are a plus• Ability to work with teams in remote locations• Strong customer service skills• Mobile device management experience is a plus• Network troubleshooting and/or engineering is a plus• Experience supporting AEC/engineering software (AutoCAD) is a plus• Experience with backup software like Symantec/Veritas Backup Exec is a plus• Ability to travel locally between our NJ and Eastern PA offices, as neededBohler Engineering is an equal opportunity employer and affords equal opportunity to all applicants and employees for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other status protected under local, state or federal laws.
