Sr. Account Manager

Bolt is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage the largest segment of merchants, driving product adoption, and revenue growth. Join us in revolutionizing ecommerce and the way we work!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute custom account plans and strategies for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Act as a thought leader for customers, proactively raising solutions and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure merchant success
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve win-win solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities, conduct business reviews, monitor merchant health, and achieve KPIs
  • Problem solve issues and provide exceptional customer service

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
