We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.Bond Vet is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our comprehensive email marketing and sms programs. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for client engagement to drive growth and retention. The ideal candidate will merge advanced email marketing techniques with data-driven strategies to optimize client lifecycle journeys and enhance brand presence.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute advanced email & SMS marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to onboard, engage, educate, and retain both clients and prospective employees throughout their lifecycle.• Strategize compelling content for the email and sms channels, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and supports overall marketing goals.• Design and deploy promotional, transactional, educational, and triggered campaigns to drive growth, retention, and re-engagement.• Optimize email funnel, lead generation tactics, and conversion rates through rigorous A/B testing and data analysis.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with growth objectives.• Enforce email and SMS government compliance standards and maintain list hygiene to ensure regulatory compliance.• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize and create messaging triggers (custom events and API calls)• Monitor and maintain email deliverability across ISPs and subscriber list hygieneQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, CRM, and client lifecycle management.• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns and overseeing campaigns end-to-end.• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and A/B testing methodologies.• Experience with CRM technology, marketing automation platforms, and email marketing software (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot).• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.• Familiarity with email and SMS compliance regulations and privacy policies.• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by a test-and-learn mentality to adapt to a hyper-growth environment.• Demonstrated ability to write engaging content and an eye for visual design.We Offer:• Support for your physical and mental wellness: medical, dental & vision plan options and access to mental health support programs• Time for you and loved ones: great PTO, fully paid parental leave over your time at Bond Vet, discounted Bond Vet services for pets• Dedication to your financial future: competitive pay, 401k with partial company match, commuter benefits.• A place to grow: culture that is centered in learning and development, career pathing, mentorships, empowerment and trustCompensation will fall between $80,000-$90,000 annually based on experienceOur Values:We’re obsessed with pets: The love we feel for animals drives us to do our best.
