Working with design and branding studios, agencies and select direct clients, Bone Digital operates in the thick of the creative services sector in Melbourne, Australia. Being a boutique, high quality, value-based, and low-risk service provider to the sector is Bone’s reason for being.
As a Digital Producer, you’ll excel in balancing strategy with precision project management. Your track record in delivering exceptional digital projects, including website builds, updates, and bespoke development, will be essential in guiding a team of developers to execute client visions seamlessly. Your role involves making quick, informed decisions, proactively managing project risks, and optimising processes for maximum team productivity and efficiency.
You’ll bring strong communication skills, confidently distilling complex technical details into clear, client-friendly insights. Organisational mastery is a must—you’ll be able to prioritise, adapt, and provide clarity even under pressure, ensuring all project goals, budgets, and timelines are aligned and met.
We’re also talking about building technical expertise in the platforms Bone uses, and being able to explain this in a simplified way to all clients and partners. You’ll be leading the charge to ensure all project goals, budgets and timelines are executed seamlessly, as well as providing effective planning and documentation to guide this.

Selection Criteria
1. Project Management Experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in digital production, product management or project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project scopes, timelines, and budgets effectively, with solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Strategic Mindset
- Experience in development-focused roles or familiarity with product strategy principles, with an ability to align project outcomes to business objectives and client needs.
- Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture while ensuring that projects meet immediate client needs and deliver high-quality results.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive and productive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, tailoring messaging to various audiences.
4. Programme Proficiency
- Proven experience in recognising potential risks early, pivoting strategies as needed, and implementing solutions that enhance process efficiencies and support seamless project progression and team productivity.
- Ability to manage external vendors and align them with project requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.
