Your primary responsibility is to represent RCV Roofing, part of the Bone Dry Family, with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
The Division Manager position is responsible for the overall management and day to day operations in the Roofing Department. This is to include but not limited to sales, production, callbacks, customer care, customer service, and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervise all full roof replacement jobs and subcontractor crews
- Work daily with other divisions to coordinate workflow
- Verify work orders, materials, deliveries, and pickups
- Quality Control inspections as a final walkthrough with the homeowner and subcontractor for all roofing projects
- Customer communication (via phone, email, captivated, and in-person) that reflects the RCV Way with all roofing projects
- Make each job a success by earning the client’s satisfaction and recommendation
- Resolve complaints, issues, and warranty claims in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling Manager communication in board management and roofing schedule Ensure budgets and goals are met by working with the General Manager (GM) to guarantee the roofing division is adhering to RCV policies and processes
- Manage workflow and expenses to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability Subcontractor invoices
- Collect payment on all projects no later than 7 days Work closely with the GM, manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships.
- Fill in where needed as an inspector, production worker, or in the office as work dictates and be able to perform all the tasks within your supervision
- Collect and analyze company data relevant to your department
- Noting accounts of all customer interactions and errors Act as a representative of RCV for the community and public relations
- Member of the Management Support team- requires weekly meetings
- Identify, Discuss and Solve company issues Lead, Manage and Accountability
Requirements- 3+ Years previous experience in related field
- Management/Leadership experience required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred
- Ability to use all types of ladders
- Ability to get on all types of roofs
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess the ability to positively and professionally interact with co-workers, the general public, contractors, vendors and RCV clients
- Excellent time management, organization, problem solving, and attention to detail skills
Compensation and Benefits- $55,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience, bonus eligible after 90 days
