To qualify as a Roofing Repair Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, you need a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check, and a willingness to undergo a DOT physical and drug screening. While industry experience is preferred, we are open to training candidates who are eager to learn.

Compensation for Roofing Repair Technicians at Bone Dry Roofing ranges from $18 to $30 per hour, based on experience, with additional commission options available that can boost your earnings. We believe in rewarding hard work and exceptional service.
