What you'll be doing

  • Assist the team with daily Influencer appointments and placing influencer orders.
  • Liaise with the PR and Influencer team to support the campaign calendar and new product launches
  • Manage a roster of USA based Influencer talent including negotiating deals, drafting contracts, processing payments and keeping track of paid post deliverables
  • Use various platforms to monitor posts, engagement, and campaign successes
  • Research new Influencers to gift on a daily basis. Nurturing and building direct relationships with influencers within the USA Support the team with all campaign gifting / social initiatives
  • Assist the team on all events, Influencer campaign launches, trips and launch dinners (this will often include travel within the USA)
  • Assist the team on pulling together critical paths, production schedules, budget overviews and other relevant working docs on all large scale events
  • Work with the team to come up with ideas for all influencer / celebrity / VIP gifting initiatives and coordinating these with the relevant suppliers.
  • Work with the team to manage the events calendar ensuring we plan ahead where possible.
  • Work on mood boarding and coordinating creative event concepts and pulling together full cost proposals.
  • Support the team with branded merchandise quotes and orders.

  • Previous events experience required
  • Experience in managing top line budgets
