The Position: We’re looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join our team in our Federal Way, WA office. This position is responsible for accurately completing all new lease files from all business channels and forbearance files, accurate data entry into appropriate systems, scanning, indexing and finalizing.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary and comprehensive benefits. The annualized range for this role is $38,064.00 -$39,728.00, and the pay rate for the successful applicant depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
