We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Bookkeeper to join the team in our Jupiter office on our Family Office team in a Hybrid capacity.

Your Team:

Family Office Services stands by the side of high-net-worth families to deliver confidence in the management of complex interests. Our diverse professionals serve as the representatives, confidants, and brain trust for multigenerational families from around the world.

We pride ourselves on working closely with a family’s trusted advisors to develop, execute and integrate plans that accomplish the family’s goals while easing the complexity of its members’ lives.

We are currently seeking a well-rounded Staff Accountant for our Jupiter family office. Prior family office or public accounting experience preferred but not required.

This position is on site for 3 - 4 days per week and 1 - 2 days remote so living within a reasonable drive to 4455 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL is a requirement.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Prepare monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly close
  • Maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheets accounts
  • Perform various analysis
  • Assist with the preparation/review of financial statements, tax return, and portfolio reports
  • Assist with cash flow and budgeting
  • Review accounts payable
  • Assist in administrative duties within the office
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1 - 3 years Accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Analytical & Reporting skills
  • Attention to detail, Confidentiality, & Accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced skills in Excel & QuickBooks
