The CS Outbound Specialist is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of B2B customers in France. This agent is responsible for preventing churn, carrying out upsell and migration activities, and ensuring the retention and development of existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement loyalty and retention strategies for Booksy customers.
  • Analyze customer behaviour to anticipate and prevent churn.
  • Propose ideas for improvements to customer retention procedures.
  • Collaborate with other Booksy teams to develop upsell and/or migration plans.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys to assess the quality of customer service and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively seek new ways to improve the quality of services and products and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate cases, apply discounts or changes to subscription plans.
  • Provide support on the use of the tool when necessary.
  • Manage payment issues.
  • Manage reactivations.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
  • Experience in similar roles.
  • You are customer-oriented and have excellent listening, persuasion and speaking skills.
  • You are meticulous and organised, enabling you to respond quickly and effectively to our customers' needs.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, commitment and ownership of work.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • You are a team player.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of digital technologies and are able to understand our sector and its needs.
  • Knowledge of solutions such as Salesforce/ zowie/ Google suite is an asset.
  • Excellent French and English skills and desire to work within an international team.
