In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our AI strategy and developing early-stage solutions that showcase the transformative potential of emerging technologies. To be a Boostie means to embody these values:• No Hide, Go Seek: Be accessible to colleagues, seek out what you need, and ask others for help.• Positive Vibes: Bring positive energy and a "solutions" oriented mindset to all your interactions.• Be Bold & Stay Humble: Appreciate that every voice matters (and we want to hear yours!) while remaining humble in the understanding that no one person is more important than the broader team.• Be Inclusive: Create and contribute to an environment where anyone can feel welcomed, supported, respected, and valued. Objectives of this role • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas where AI solutions can drive significant benefit s• Contribute excellent code and perform R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy while establishing best practices to ensure ethical and responsible technology.• Understand Company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities like LLM, and ASR's can help lead to meaningful and marketable solutions. • Analyze and explain AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining the highest ethical standards.Responsibilities • Advise in the capacity of the Artificial Intelligence SME at Boostlingo, playing an active role in advising executives and cross-functional leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI  and lea.• Provide guidance and support to engineers at all levels, identifying opportunities for professional growth and facilitating skill development through regular engagement, feedback, and mentoring/coaching.• Encourage ongoing education and skill enhancement by providing access and opportunity to engineering colleagues for continuous learning, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions around the AI discipline and it's impacts to Software development.• Contribute to an environment of technical excellence ensuring that engineering practices and standards are adhered to, and lead initiatives to improve processes and methodologies.• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget.• Promote cross-functional collaboration by working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals and ensure seamless integration of solutions.• Take a proactive approach to leading edge technology exploration while maintaining effective management over team budget, bandwidth and deliverables along the product roadmap.• Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership • Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation • Conduct assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation Technical Expertise and Familiarity Areas: • Full solution life cycle.  From ideation to go live and continuous enhancement, we are seeking someone well versed in every stage• Knowledge Graphs, Graph Database, Intelligent Agents and RAG  • LLM, RAGS, and Conversational AI • Supervised and Unsupervised ML algorithms• Deep Learning techniques such as ANN, RNN and CNN.
