You will be responsible for managing and executing innovative projects while leading the capture efforts to secure new opportunities. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage strategic programs in the fields of science and technology, ensuring that project objectives and timelines are met. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities through your strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients. Your expertise will drive our mission to push the boundaries of scientific research and technology development for key clients within our Navy and Marine Corps accounts.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:• 5+ years of experience in program management or technical leadership in the science and technology sector• Experience in Program Management leading highly technical efforts in the technology space, such as AI/ML, Cloud, or Software Development• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective work products within ambiguous requirements and tight timelines• Experience in capture management and business development• Knowledge of scientific and technological advancements• Secret clearance• Bachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:• Experience with leading Agile development teams• Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools, including GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins• Experience with programming languages, including Python, C++, SQL, or Rust• Ability to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific advancements• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills• Possession of excellent presentation and negotiation skills• Possession of excellent leadership and team management skills• Master's degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus• Project management certification, such as PMP CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
