Job Number: R0204094Implementation Services AnalystKey Role:Work with a dynamic team supporting a high-visibility program that develops two innovative IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) applications and provides portfolio management (PfM) solutions to client agencies. Provide functional support as part of a client service team for the two inter-connected IT data applications. Become proficient with both applications from both functional and technical perspectives, and provide daily client support to explain functionality, troubleshoot user issues, and provide user training. Manage, track, and report client requests and other program statistics. Create and manage Excel-based data analysis tools to assist our users in reviewing their data for key insights and potential issues. Work together with various resources to analyze technical and business implications of Federal Regulatory policy, test user stories, and identify or verify defects.Basic Qualifications:• Experience with direct client interaction via email and phone through team’s communications, and contributing to ticket tracking and other internal processes• Experience in Agile development and quality assurance• Experience with Microsoft Excel or VBA, and further developing proficiency• Ability to manage prioritization of multiple tasks• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements• Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:• Experience with data gathering and quantitative analysis• Experience with CPIC• Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills• Possession of strong organizational skillsVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
