As a Military Information Support Operations (MISO) planner, you use your specialized technical skills and experience and your attention to detail to develop products to give your client the information and expertise they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters. As a MISO planner, you will help your client understand their information environment. Using your comprehensive expertise, you will serve as the lead for a Combatant Command's MISO program, conduct deliberate and contingency MISO planning, functional plan development and validation, coordination, and integration in conjunction with higher headquarters, components, DoD, and US government interagency. You will provide quality input to strategic and operational plans, contingency plans, operations orders, execution orders, fragmentary orders, and strategic operational analysis reports and provide MISO doctrine, operations, policy, and authorities subject matter expertise and integration of lessons learned to support senior leader decision making. You will conduct and validate research and analysis and prepare information papers, decision papers, and briefings to inform client leadership. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset. You Have: • 5+ years of experience with MISO planning • Experience with briefing senior leadership • Experience with staffing MISO products through approval processes, including virtual contact with multiple stakeholders • Experience with complex problem-solving and using appropriate methodologies • TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor’s degree • Completion of formal Psychological Operations Course Nice If You Have: • Experience with security cooperation planning and operations • Experience with INDOPACOM AOR operations • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including professional publication-quality writing and technical editing skills • Master's degree • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Completion of Command and General Staff College or Service equivalent • Completion of Advanced Leader Course (formerly known as the Basic Noncommissioned Officers Course) or Service equivalent • Completion of Senior Leader Course (formerly known as the Advanced Noncommissioned Officers Course) or Service Equivalent Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
