Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, SeniorThe Opportunity :Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing : learning how an organization works and making it better.Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that’s what you do : improve the systems that move entire organizations forward.It’s why we’re looking for someone like you an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.You will work with other industrial and organizational (I / O) psychologists, strategic consultants, data scientists, and human capital professionals to use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives.Our I / O psychologists use social science research methods to explore and address issues around organizational and program effectiveness.You'll provide survey expertise across all stages of the survey life cycle, including design, administration, data analysis, reporting, and action planning.You will apply understanding of human capital processes and programs in designing, developing, and implementing human capital programs supporting an organization's strategic direction.You'll manage data sets and perform statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression.You will focus on program evaluation, including measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of human capital programs that support recruitment, retention, career development, workforce strategy, performance management, awards, or promotion.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have :5+ years of experience with industrial or organizational psychology, strategic human capital, or adult learningExperience with leading and facilitating groups, presenting briefings, and working with senior leadership teamsExperience with conducting employee climate and customer surveys, including design, development, data analysis, reporting, and action planningExperience with SPSSKnowledge of competency modeling, job task analysis, training needs assessments, and human capital study methodsKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointTS / SCI clearance with a polygraphMaster's degree in Industrial / Organizational (I / O) Psychology, Organizational Design and Development, or Human Resources ManagementNice If You Have :3+ years of experience with survey development, data analysis, and human capital projectsExperience in consulting with DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) clientsKnowledge of change management methodologiesAbility to pay strict attention to detailPossession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze problems, conduct research, synthesize disparate data sources, and evaluate options for actionPossession of strong verbal and written communications skills, especially influencing decision makersClearance :Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is required.Create Your Career : Grow With UsGrow With UsYour growth matters to us that’s why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career.
