Penetration Tester/ Senior - job 1 of 2

Key Role:Find possible vulnerabilities while using penetration testing tools and techniques to ensure security of computer systems, applications, servers, or networks. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed.Basic Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience with web application penetration testing• Experience with security testing tools, including Burp Suite, SQLMap, Nmap, or Nessus• Experience with web application, API, and external penetration testing• Experience with creating Rules of Engagement (ROE), test plans, and scripts to aid in testing efforts• Experience with creating Technical Assessment Reports which detail findings and remediation efforts• Knowledge of network access, identity, and access management, including public key infrastructure, OAuth, OpenID, SAML, or SPML• Ability to keep up with the latest vulnerability information sources, including alerts, advisories, errata, and bulletins• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements• Bachelor’s degree• CCNP Security, CASP+, CISSP, CSSLP, CISSP-ISSEP, GPEN, or GWAPT CertificationAdditional Qualifications:• Experience with leading and managing a penetration testing team• Experience with building penetration testing methodologies• Experience with conducting cloud security assessments• Possession of excellent verbal communication skills• Possession of excellent organizational skills• OSCP or OSWE CertificationVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
