Job Description

Do you want to play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable requirements, whether functional, qualitative, or transitional? Are you ready to be actively involved in planning, guiding, and executing actions that lead to the successful delivery and adoption of innovative digital solutions? With a deep understanding of business dynamics, including activities, processes, and information systems, how can you ensure the proper management and integrity of data?

At Boreala Management, we have recently launched two digital solutions (Salesforce/ Klient and SharePoint) internally and we are looking for someone to support the organization as we move into optimization, monitoring and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand strategic challenges, identify the needs of various stakeholders, and propose approaches aligned with guiding principles to support project delivery.
  • Gather, document, and analyze information to validate and prioritize business needs for initiatives and stakeholders while aligning with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of a solution that adequately meets business needs.
  • Perform various analyses (context, issues, impacts, functional, non-functional, informational, processes, rules) to diagnose gaps between the current and desired state.
  • Facilitate workshops involving stakeholders from different segments to understand business scenarios/problems.
  • Document or co-create decision and process logs for our collaboration platforms.
  • Produce and communicate different types of analyses (feasibility, impacts, processes) to stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and document current processes, then propose, validate, and communicate target processes using recognized modeling techniques.
  • Actively participate in defining pilot strategies, writing scenarios, and executing them with the project team.
  • Translate needs into business, functional, qualitative, and transitional requirements.
  • Participate in the planning, guidance, communication, and execution of actions leading to the delivery and adoption of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis—Information Technology or a related field*
  • 3+ years of relevant experience*
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams). 
  • Experience designing SharePoint solutions including metadata driven structures, an asset
  • General experience with Salesforce Apps or other major Professional Services Automation platform, especially as a System Administrator, an asset
  • Capacity to build customized flows and automation in CRM/PSA/ERP environments a strong asset
  • Expertise in organizational process analysis methods.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team, ensuring transparency at all times.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Capacity to influence, persuade, and drive necessary changes.
  • Excellent listening skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Quick problem-solving abilities.
  • Sense of initiative and responsibility.
  • Bilingualism is required (French and English).

9-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on results and business needs.

Hybrid Work Mode—Open to work in person at our downtown office when needed by the team.
