Meet Our Employee Resource Groups:

• Asian & Pacific Islanders at Samsara (AAPI): We are creating a space to elevate Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander voices— and for people to come together for support, action, and growth. Our goal is to build an inclusive and dynamic space where community members can engage in a variety of activities like networking and social support, advocacy and action, and education and resource sharing.
• Blaccsara: Blaccsara is dedicated to the unity and prosperity of Black and African individuals, as well as our allies, at Samsara and beyond. We strive to build a community that is not only uplifting, but also empowering, educational, healing, and most of all, fun.
• Latinx at Samsara: Latinxs at Samsara’s mission is to empower Latinx employees and their allies at Samsara and within our broader communities. We strive to provide our members with a network of support to help them develop their careers, strengthen their leadership skills, and thrive personally and professionally.
• Pride at Samsara: Pride’s mission is to empower LGBTQ+ employees and allies by building a network of support, aiding recruitment efforts to attract a diverse candidate pool, and driving company-wide strategic initiatives to foster inclusivity.
• Samswana: Samswana’s mission is to empower South West Asian & North African employees and their allies at Samsara and within our broader communities. Samswana strives to provide our members with a network of support to help them develop their careers, strengthen their leadership skills, and thrive personally and professionally.
• Women of Samsara: The Women of Samsara ERG represents all employees who identify as female and their allies. We strive to cultivate community through networking events, speaker series, professional development workshops, community service, and mentorship programs. 
• Veterans: Veterans at Samsara’s mission is to empower veteran employees through service recognition, providing a community for mentorship & support, and growing the presence of Veteran employees at Samsara. Veterans at Samsara strive to share our experiences with our allies, volunteer support for our local veteran communities, and connect members to other Veterans in tech.
