- Conducting monthly closing and reporting within the LOG organization and to central controlling.
- Conducting annual planning (current forecast) and as well as long-term inventory development.
- Defining goals for the reporting year and long-term + deployment to business units.
- Intensive exchange with central departments, business unit logistics departments and the regions.
- Global coordination of processes within the framework of inventory controlling.
- Implementation of global standards including IT systems for consistent controlling worldwide.
- Various ad-hoc requests from Bosch headquarters or within PT (business units, regions, central controlling etc.)
- Control and monitoring of inventory reduction measures.
- Creating presentations for PT management
Education:
Successfully completed degree (industrial engineering, business administration) with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
Experience and Know-how:
In-depth knowledge of current concepts in the area of supply chain management and several years of professional experience in logistics, preferably from a consulting company or a company in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Experience in using standard software (MS Office) and SAP Business Warehouse, an advantage: knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power BI, also warehouse management systems.
(Partial) project management experience in the area of performance optimization.
Strong analytical skills, initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and communication skills.
Personality and Working Practice:
- Proactive and driving the topics.
- Can break down complex tasks/topics, explain them and work through them according to priority.
- Presenting information in front of higher management
Everyday Work:
Take responsibility: You coordinate global performance management for inventories, including reporting to PT management.
Sustainably optimize: You analyze and evaluate inventory-relevant key figures, initiate inventory optimization initiatives and monitor the progress of the measures.
Design independently: You create decision templates as part of the monthly reporting system and participate in economic planning and goal definition.
Live cooperation: You take on the coordination and tracking of queries on the topic of inventories in close cooperation with the PT business units and central departments.
