Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the transformation to SAP S/4HANA, where achieving speed in a high number of parallel deployment and rollout activities is key? As the dedicated Chief Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring that IT-related requirements to the toolchain, its components, and interfaces are fulfilled in the best possible way. Your focus on high efficiency and automation of the deployment toolchain will contribute to the reduction of deployment time, efficient resource and competence allocation, and repeatable quality in deployments. Responsibility:

• Definition of top-level toolchain requirements as basis of an efficient and automated deployment toolchain for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to understand their deployment requirements and challenges.
• Ensuring that the toolchain meets scalability, reliability, and quality requirements with seamless integration of related IT tools & services
• Feature evaluation, selection and integration of appropriate tools and technologies for configuration management, data migration, testing, and other components of the toolchain.
• Creating and maintaining standards, guidelines, and best practices for the deployment toolchain.
• Providing technical leadership and support to project teams in the use and optimization of the deployment toolchain and its components.
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the deployment toolchain and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with internal providers, vendors and external partners to stay updated on the latest developments in deployment toolchain technologies.

Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its deployment and rollout requirements.
• Strong expertise in configuration management, data migration, and testing tools and technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated deployment toolchains for complex enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges in deployment and rollout activities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional project teams and external partners.
• Project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in deployment toolchain technologies.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams in the use and optimization of deployment toolchains.
