Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszágyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.

Our main products are:

• Green power tools and gardening tools for home use
• Blue power tools for industrial use
• Batteries for eBike and power tools

• Sigle point of contact to customers and sales back-office 
• Demand planning for daily warehouse operation, ensures proper information in timely manner
• Daily alignment of demand and specific/extra requirements with customers and distribution managers
• Daily alignment with transport management centre for in- and outbounds, time-slot definition
• Delivery request creation in ERP system (SAP) for extra demands upon customer request
• Claim management, documentation and reporting
• Management of related KPIs, collections of basic data for them
• Supporting warehouse in SAP-related basic problems
• Participation in process-improvement projects
• PoD-management (collection, registration)

• BSc in economics, business administration, finance or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in various areas of supply chain, particularly in customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and organization skills, proactive mindset
• Team-player and motivation to coordinate warehouse operation to reach expected customer satisfaction level
• Process oriented thinking and structured, precise working attitude
• Active English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (esp. SAP S4HANA EWM) is an advantage
