Job Description
- During your internship you will create a communication interface between different machines based on an ISO standard.
- You will implement autonomous machine control functions in ROS2 and Simulink.
- Furthermore, you will test functionalities in a lab setup.
- Last but not least, you will validate functions on a machine (excavator / wheel loader) alongside test engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of MINT, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: programming skills in C++ or Python; knowledge of ROS2 or MATLAB or Simulink is a plus; background in control theory and path planners would be an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a motivated person with an independent working style
- Enthusiasm: open to working both on the test track and in an office environment
- Languages: good in German and English

Duration: 6 months
